A liberal Returns Policy: -

We have a liberal no questions asked return policy. Merchandize can be returned within 30 days of receiving of the shipment. We make refund within 48 hours of receiving returns. Our returns are sent to the charity organizations for free distribution among needy people. When ever you wish to send returns, please contact us on shalincraft@gmail.com and we will provide you the nearest address where you can send the returns.

Refunds on returns :-

• The cost of shipping for return is to be borne by the customer.
• Customs charges/duties applicable has to be paid by the customer.
• Refunds for orders purchased will always be issued to the customer who placed the order
• Before sending the return to us, please inform us by email at shalincraft@gmail.com
• To expedite the processing of your return, please reference your order number.
• We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
  
• The returned item must be in our possession within 30 days of the date you receive it.
• Item that were resized per your request cannot be returned
• Shipping charges are non refundable.
  

Our return policy is a result of our confidence in our products. Every product is triple checked before shipping. Since we handpick our stock, the first quality check takes place during procurement, at the artisan's premises. The second check takes place before those products are entered into our stock database and are displayed online. The final and the most important quality check takes place before the products are shipped to the customer.
